About the Panellist

Rachel Lim is the co-founder of Southeast Asia's leading womenswear brand Love, Bonito. Having started the business online at 19 when e-commerce was at its infancy, she revolutionised the spheres of online retail, redefined the fashion scene in Singapore and grew her blogshop outfit into a multi-million dollar international label. She believes that Love, Bonito is not just in the business of fashion, but ultimately in the business of women, with a mission to empower the everyday Asian woman.

Rachel was honoured on Business of Fashion 500 2023, listed on Forbes Asia 30 under 30 list in 2016 and awarded Tatler Asia’s Most Influential for three consecutive years, from 2021 to 2023. She welcomed her son in December 2020, and daughter in September 2023.

Winnie Chan is the CEO and Founder of Bynd Artisan, an experiential gifting brand rooted in a rich heritage of craftsmanship. Bynd Artisan focuses on creating memorable experiences through the customisation and personalisation of leather and paper gifts.

Recognised for her innovative approach, Winnie has transformed a sunset industry in bookbinding and leather crafting into a highly coveted luxury retail brand. An Economics graduate from UC Berkeley, she oversees operational strategies, community development, HR, finance, and compliance at Bynd Artisan. Passionate about design and innovation, she actively collaborates with creatives to launch exclusive collections.

As a mentor at the Young Women Leaders Connection (YWLC) programme, Winnie is dedicated to empowering young women in their personal development through sustainable mentoring relationships.

As we celebrate 10 Years and Beyond, we return to a tradition dear to Bynd Artisan—the gathering of hearts and minds in conversations that echo the beauty of shared journeys.
