About the Instructor:
Jiezhen is a Leadership Consultant and Coach, and a Senior Principal with Korn Ferry in their Leadership Advisory - CEO & Board Practice and is based in the firm's Singapore office. She is committed to helping individuals, teams and organizations find clarity, alignment and ease amidst uncertainty in building a more intentional and conscious world.
Born and raised in Singapore and having spent significant time in the United States, Jiezhen believes in the power of working across diverse groups and building bridges cross culturally to create a more conscious and interconnected world.
Before moving back to Singapore, Jiezhen was a Senior Consultant and Coach with Linden Leadership as well as an Equity and Inclusion Fellow and part of the Mindful Leaders Collective at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education, where she completed her master’s degree focusing on leadership, inclusion and impact.
Prior to Harvard, Jiezhen was the Executive Director of a social impact platform, The Hidden Good, where she continues to serve as a board member, supporting organisational strategy and growth. Through her work, she has also become an advocate for mindfulness and wellbeing in the changemaking space - and actively supports social innovators and changemakers through her work at Ashoka, the Bosch Foundation and ChangemakerXchange. Jiezhen also double-majored in Political Science and Peace & Justice Studies at Wellesley College, graduating with double honors and a concentration in education and international community development. She also serves on several national committees and nonprofit boards, and is a global facilitator and changemaker for Ashoka’s ChangemakerXchange initiative, and holds a degree in Positive Psychology, is a certified yoga teacher (RYT200) and positive psychology and possibility coach.
When she’s not working with leaders and organizations, you can find her enjoying a bowl of soup, savouring time with her husband and her two children while soaking up time in nature as often as she can.
