About the Panellist

Carolyn Kan, founder of Carrie K. Fine Jewellery, made the leap from managing director of an international ad agency to award-winning jewellery designer. During a year of travel, she discovered silversmithing in Florence, which sparked the creation of Carrie K. in 2009. Just a year later, she earned ELLE’s “Jewellery Designer of the Year.”

Carrie K. is known for modern, versatile fine jewellery heirlooms that tell meaningful stories and redefining traditions through modular designs that celebrate life’s most meaningful milestones.

Ang Jin Yuan founded The Ivory Bridal with the vision of offering a refined curation of international designer gowns that balance elegance and contemporary style for modern brides. Winnie Chan is the co-founder of Bynd Artisan, an experiential gifting brand specialising in customised leather and paper gifts. Recognised for her innovative approach, she has transformed a sunset industry in bookbinding and leather crafting into a luxury retail brand. An Economics graduate from UC Berkeley, Winnie oversees community development, HR, finance, and compliance at Bynd Artisan while collaborating with creatives to launch exclusive collections. As a mentor at the Young Women Leaders Connection (YWLC), she empowers young women through sustainable mentoring relationships.
