2024: Year in Review

What a remarkable year it has been! As we reflect on 2024, we are filled with gratitude for everyone who has been part of our journey. Let's take a moment to look back at the highlights that made this year truly unforgettable.

10 Years and Beyond

2024 marks a significant milestone for Bynd Artisan as we celebrate our 10th Anniversary. Over the past decade, your unwavering support has been the driving force behind our journey, and for that, we are profoundly grateful.

To commemorate this special occasion, we curated a series of exclusive collections, collaborations, and meaningful conversations under the theme “10 Years and Beyond.” Our Holland Village Atelier was transformed into an Experience Store, dedicated to showcasing our rich heritage and exclusive anniversary items. We collaborated with 15 talented brands / creatives to craft unique pieces that honour 10 years of artisanal craftsmanship and design.

Since 17 October, we have had the immense honour of welcoming the Friends of Bynd to our 10 Years and Beyond Experience Store. The celebration included a series of insightful panel conversations where our community gained valuable lessons and inspiration from panellists who shared their personal stories and wisdom. It was a truly meaningful way to mark this remarkable journey.

Strengthening Community Bonds

Community has always been at the heart of everything we do, and 2024 was no exception. Beyond the panel conversations for our anniversary, we held our annual event, Conscious Conversation: How to Live Well in the Age of Distraction, in early April, offering valuable tips and advice from esteemed panellists. As part of reBynd's “A Life reInspired” series, we had the privilege of exploring the stories of Travel Photographer & Storyteller, Lee Yik Keat, and Leon Foo, Co-founder and CEO of Morning, and learnt more about how they reinvented and rediscovered themselves.

We also welcomed Patisserie Woo as a new collaborator, introducing a refreshed shopping experience at the Bynd Artisan + Patisserie Woo ION Experience Store, where creativity and craftsmanship met the artistry of patisserie.

Key Product Highlights

This year brought exciting additions to our product lineup. We began with the Year of the Dragon Pouch for Chinese New Year, followed by popular releases like the Leather Convertible Clutch, Quilted Puffy Laptop Sleeve, and an improved Soft Journal. Other highlights include the Travel Watch Holder, Chroma Journal, and an improved Soft Journal. Inspired by our Customised Notebooks, we also introduced the Customise A Tag experience, allowing you to create a tag that’s uniquely yours.

Honouring Shared Creativity

Following our philosophy of celebrating innovation and design through collaborations, we continued to explore projects that highlighted the beauty of shared creativity. These included the Celebration of Love wedding journal with The Ivory Bridal and Carrie K., and the Bloom in Harmony Mooncake Collection with Patisserie Woo for the Mid-Autumn Festival.
