In the making of products to packaging materials, reBynd works with like-minded partners and suppliers from Germany, Italy, Australia and Japan, using bonded leather made of OEKO-TEX Leather Standard-certified genuine-leather fibres with no added cellulose, PU or textile fibres, FSC-certified paper made from 40% post-consumer wastes and 25% recycled leather residues, FSC-certified Kraft paper packaging made from 100% recycled paper, and eco-friendly plastic snap fasteners that does not emit hazardous gas when burned.

Upcycling
In addition to using upcycled materials in our products, our packaging has also been considered and designed so each part can be upcycled and repurposed by customers. For example, the Kraft bag, which comes in three sizes with a top handle, may fulfil a second life as a shopper tote, storage for letters and magazines, or your own “collection station" for the week’s recyclables.
