Bynd Artisan Digital Gift Card

First, select the denomination you would like to purchase. The Digital Gift Card will be sent to the email address used to make the purchase within a few minutes once payment has been made successfully.

In the email, click on the button "View Gift Card”. You will be redirected to a separate page with a QR code and a unique 16-digit code tied to the Digital Gift Card.

If it is purchased as a gift and you do not have the recipient's email, simply share the URL link of the page with your intended recipient and they will be able to utilise the card right away.

Yes, you can send it directly as a gift to your recipient. First, choose the denomination you would like to purchase, then check the “It’s A Gift” checkbox. Enter your recipient’s email, name and a personalised message card, and add it to cart. After payment is made, the digital gift card will be automatically sent to the recipient via email. 

If you prefer to purchase it in advance, you can schedule the gift card to be sent on a specific date. Your recipient will receive the Digital Gift Card in their inbox between 4am - 10am of their timezone.

Each Digital Gift Card has a validity period of 365 days from the date of purchase.

If you would like to purchase multiple Digital Gift Cards, select the gift card value and add them to your cart accordingly. For example, if you wish to purchase 2 x SGD 38.00 Digital Gift Cards and 1 x SGD 50.00 Digital Gift Card, kindly add them to your cart and complete your purchase at checkout. Separate emails, each containing a unique QR code and 16-digit code for each Digital Gift Card, will be sent to you to forward to the intended recipients.

If the Digital Gift Cards are to be sent directly to the recipients, each recipient will receive an email with a unique QR code and 16-digit code for their respective Gift Card.

Input the 16-digit redemption code stated in the Digital Gift Card URL link to offset your online purchases at checkout. For redemption at Bynd Artisan’s ateliers, simply present the QR code or unique 16-digit code to our craftsmen, and they will assist you further.

Yes. Our Digital Gift Cards are also available for sale at our ateliers. Simply provide your email address upon purchase and our craftsmen will assist you further. If purchased as a gift, simply share the URL link of the page with your intended recipient and they will be able to utilise it.

Yes. Redemption of the Digital Gift Card value in multiple batches is available for purchases online and at our ateliers. For instance, if the total value of the Digital Gift Card is SGD 100.00 and the checkout cart value is SGD 70.00, the remaining value of SGD 30.00 will be available for use on your next purchase.

While the original QR code and 16-digit code will be retained, the expiry date remains the same — 365 days from the date of the original purchase.

You may visit our ateliers and our craftsmen will be able to check the balance with the QR code or 16-digital code issued with the Digital Gift Card.
