About Jian Yang
Asia’s largest Barbie doll collection of over 12,000 pieces belongs to Jian Yang, who co-owns and runs communications firm Distilleri. For fun, this self-professed reluctant influencer Instagrams his dolls and social life on his verified account @jiayang1979. He is also the author of #FlushableFashion – a book which is available internationally, and also his hashtag which chronicles doll couture made of toilet paper and other upcycled materials. The man himself is a celebrated personality, with features from the New York Times to TIME and People Magazines.
