Through the offerings of his crafted creations, he hopes to inspire and share with his audiences the peace and joy he felt whenever he creates and paints.

I sketch whenever I commute in public transportation. I also spent a substantial amount of time traveling abroad to sketch & paint.

As a result of my obsession with sketching, I have spent thousands of hours testing and using just about every single brand of sketchbook available in the international market. Upon discovery of a high-quality bookbinding firm in Singapore, I decided to engage with them to initiate a project called ‘The Perfect Sketchbook’.

The Perfect Sketchbook was designed for traveling Artists and urban sketchers who are often on a look out for top quality sketchbook. It is a high-quality sketchbook that utilizes 100% cotton paper with a few key features that that is exclusive. I designed the sketchbook and sourced for quality paper from the top paper mills in the world. My collaborator, Bynd Artisan, made the prototype, and I rallied on social media to raise a total of USD$53,850.

Together, we have the grand vision of i) letting the world know that a high-quality manufacturer exists in Singapore and ii) the cultivation of a sketchbook company that can serve as a vehicle to showcase Singapore Art to the world.

The Perfect Sketchbook is a limited edition, Artist-Grade Sketchbook that was successfully funded on kickstarter.com. Backers from more than 40 countries raised approximately USD$53,800 to create this sketchbook. Wrapped in classic material with smooth leather character, The Perfect Sketchbook features Saunders Waterford 100% cotton watercolor paper, value charts and photography grey backing. Huffington Post recently described the Perfect sketchbook as a sketchbook for The Perfectionist.
